Cancellation & Refund Policy
To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of reservation. This deposit confirms your date and time and will be applied toward your total session fee.
Client Cancellations:
If you choose to cancel your session for any reason, the deposit is non-refundable. No additional fees will be charged for the cancellation.
Photographer Cancellations / Force Majeure:
In the rare event that I am unable to perform the session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, emergency, or severe weather conditions such as heavy rain or snow), the deposit will be fully refunded or transferred to a new agreed date, based on your preference.
